Brighton ADHD Connections
Location: Brighton & Hove, East Sussex
Monthly meet-ups for adults with ADHD and parents/carers of children with ADHD. Includes guest speakers, social events, and focus support sessions. Meets: First Thursday of each month, central Brighton.
Manchester ADHD Family Network
Location: Manchester City Centre
Family-friendly group offering workshops, social events, and peer support for parents, carers, and children living with ADHD. Meets: Second Saturday of each month, Manchester Central Library.
Cardiff ADHD Focus Group
Location: Cardiff Bay, Cardiff
Support group for adults (18+) managing ADHD in education, work, and daily life. Includes open discussion nights, guest speakers, and focus planning sessions. Meets: Third Wednesday evening of each month.
